Shipping And Returns
We ship as fast as we can, most orders go out within 2-3 days. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
If you purchased a product directly from us here at boonecollection.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Boone Collection products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Boone Collection Limited One-Year Warranty
We provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for all Boone Collection products. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your order number at www.boonecollection.com or a receipt from an authorised seller.
The warranty is only limited to replacement. It does not include damages that arose from the following:
All warranty claims are subject for inspection by Boone Collection. Photos, videos, and other details submitted will be used by our team to determine whether the claim is covered. Depending on the nature of the product issue, Boone Collection has the right to grant or refuse replacement requests.
